The City of Seminole Board of Adjustment responsibilities are limited to deciding administrative appeals and considering requests for conditional uses and variances as they relate to zoning ordinance.
When an applicationis filed, staff publishes official public notices and informs nearby residents and neighborhood associations. Staff then reviews appropriate plans and development policies to formulate the case study and staff analysis.
An action summary and/or minutes are prepared of the BOA meetings and sent to various city policy and administrative officials for their information and/or action as appropriate.
