WHAT YOU NEED:​

1. Fill out the application at the Community Development Off​​ice

       -Copy of Drivers License or Photo I.D.

       -Valid OTC# or Tax ID from another State

       -Type of Business

       -Food Safety Certificate (Food Industry Only)

       -Licensed with City of Seminole

   2. Permit Fee 

       -$35 a day

       -$200 a year if parked in the same spot
